Hi i used whey protein with multivitamin and the i used two month supplement gain fast but no result now one of my friend gave me amino max 8000 and im using this from one week and im going in gym with routine in the night around 03 am after my evening duty and after gym im sleeping.
the food im eating is provided by the company where im working and thats not good food but i have to manage with its even i dont like to eat it.
