Blue pitbulls on steroids

Hi Ed,
I am so glad I found your website. I just received my order of LickoChops and Dinovite. My puppies love it. My 10 year old boxer licks his feet constantly so I have started him on the starvation yeast diet, however I am cooking the beef. My question is if I give him the raw beef should I freeze it for 48 hours before giving it to him.
Also, since I have 2 dogs that will be on this diet can I add cauliflower, green beans and broccoli to this just to give it some more substance. If so can I give it to them raw or should I cook it?
I am giving cooked chicken livers as treats. Should I be concerned with high cholesterol?
Thank you,
Randee

Hi, was just checking out your website and dog food recipe! We have two Akita’s, ( they are mix of Akita, Sheperd and Chow) Brother’s! We feed them once in the morning and once in the evening, we keep a can in the dry food bag, ( was a vegtable can) and each dog gets a full can of (14oz.) dry food each feeding. We have been feeding them Nutro Plus.
The biggest of two dogs 127 lbs, would like more, but we don’t give it to him. The other dog is pretty close to 100 lbs. and is a very picky eater, sometimes we have to add things to get him to eat. My question is, do we need to feed them twice a day? We always have and have had them since they were pups! We would like to feed them better, I think I may try your dog food recipe. Do you think feeding once a day will be better for them? If we do go to once a day, should we start that right away or gradually get them used to the idea of once a day feedings? So confused on how to get started! Also, with your dogfood recipe, would you feed the serving size for the large dogs all at once or break it into two feedings? so many questions!
Thank you, Pam

The Temptations and The Four Tops, two iconic bands that have stood the test of time, will join forces on Saturday, January 27, 2018 at the Special Events Center at Fantasy Springs Resort Casino and prove why they have become cultural icons to millions of fans.

For more than forty years, The Temptations have prospered, releasing a series of smash hits and sold-out performances throughout the world. The history of The Temptations is the history of contemporary American pop.  The group began its musical life in Detroit in the early sixties as a part of the original Motown machine. It wasn’t until 1964, however, that the Smokey Robinson written-and-produced “The Way You Do the Things You Do” turned the guys into stars.

An avalanche of hits followed, many of which attained immortality: “My Girl,” “It’s Growing,” “Since I Lost My Baby,” “Get Ready,” “Ain’t Too Proud to Beg,” “Beauty Is Only Skin Deep,” “Papa Was A Rolling Stone”...the hits kept coming.

The current lineup consists of Otis Williams, Ron Tyson, Terry Weeks, Joe Herndon and Bruce Williamson. Beyond the fabulous singing, The Temptations are known for smooth stepping and flawless presentations. “The Temptations Walk” has become a staple of American style: flair, flash and class.

Another group that helped define the Motown sound of the 1960’s was the quartet known as The Four Tops - four powerful voices buoyed by four powerful friendships. The founding members of the Four Tops, Levi Stubbs, Abdul “Duke” Fakir, Renaldo “Obie” Benson and Lawrence Payton, performed together for more than four decades, building their harmonies, chart-toping songs and success on the foundation of a friendship that began as teenagers.

Over the years The Four Tops’ repertoire has included doo-wop, jazz, soul music, R&B, disco, adult contemporary, hard rock and show tunes. They turned out dozens of chart topping hits including, “Baby I Need Your Loving,” “Reach Out I’ll Be There,” “I Can’t Help Myself (Sugar Pie Honey Bunch),” “It’s the Same Old Song” and “Ain’t No Woman Like the One I Got.”  In 1990, The Four Tops were inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall Of conferred upon Robinson the degree of Doctor of Music.
